nsigad is the New Integrated Customs Management System developed by SUNAT (Peru’s National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration). It streamlines and centralizes the end-to-end management of foreign trade operations in Peru, supporting importers, exporters, customs brokers, carriers, warehouse operators, and customs officials through a single, secure platform.

Designed to improve efficiency and transparency, nsigad digitizes key customs processes—from cargo manifest submission and declaration processing to valuation, duties and taxes calculation, risk assessment, inspections, payments, and release. The system supports electronic documentation, audit trails, and secure user authentication, and it interoperates with related government and industry systems to facilitate compliant, data-driven operations. Access is provided through a web-based interface, primarily in Spanish.
